When President Obama visits most U.S. cities, he receives a warm welcome, with local leaders lining up to greet Air Force One. But not so in Las Vegas. Mayor Oscar Goodman not only skipped the airport when the president arrived Thursday night, he also turned down a White House invitation to personally meet with Obama.
